Just followed the instructions, and Bluetooth functionality was added to my desktop with no issues.

I installed this on my Acer desktop running windows 11. I plugged it in switched on Bluetooth in the settings and it worked without installing any further drivers. I bought it to connect a pair of Bluetooth headphones which are working fine. Happy customer

I can't comment properly on how good this is because my previous adapter was 7 years old and technology has come a very long way since then. It still gets 5 stars because 'its 7 years better than my old one'
