I was looking for small and discreet way to automate my aquarium's lighting schedule, which I was manually turning on-off daily. I did consider a smart circuit breaker but they were too large and would be impossible to hide neatly. This is incredibly compact and provides all the features that I needed. Setup was a breeze. It connected easily to my home Wi-Fi. Functionally it provides Reliable Scheduling, Remote Control & Monitoring and all additional features provided by SmartLife app. The customer support was prompt in helping me resolve a minor glitch and were easily reachable over WhatsApp. This smart switch is an excellent, cost-effective solution for automating things at home. Highly recommended!

Excellent product, simple to install for an electrician who can read drawing. Works well with Smart life app and also Alexa. Video instructions were simple and straight forward. (I had to zoom with mobile camera to read the instructions leaflet which was too small font 🤣) Remember you will require a Neutral wire in in your switchboard to make it work, which may not be in some switchboards.

good Product

AZIOT has good smart switches and other smart products, IFTTT compliant, and well informed engineers and embedded firmware programmers. They have good customer service support too. I have several AZIOT smart products and they work flawlessly as desired. I definitely recommend AZIOT over other brands as per my personal experience. But it seems they also employ cheap MBA graduates to spoil their business in a competitive world. I mean why or who would instruct an engineer not to provide specific functions in one or some of their products? Just for a ₹100 price reduction (for sales, targets)? As an engineer, I am displeased with this strategy.

Excellent smart switch, initially little bit struggled. But exclusive customer care patiently understand the customer problems and situations. They gave support on WhatsApp video call from beginning to ending including testing phase. Really great experience.

The 1 Node (16amp) Smart Switch from Aziot has been reliably working since its installation at my home! It adds smart control to high-load appliances, but i have personally utilised it to automate a 16A Plug Switch. Its 16A capacity ensures dependable operation under heavy loads. It really is a value for money product that enhances our daily lives much easier with the schedule functionality and Integration with the SmartLife application and Google Home. Connectivity to the router has been reliable and their support team in my experience has been quick and courteous to assist during the setup of the device.

I got it delivered on November 30th and Installed it on the sameday. After installing myself (it's easy if you know about little electrical knowledge) it worked flawless and had no issues turning the light on and off via mobile app. I had it scheduled to turn on the light at evening at it does turn on according to the time i set. Then on the 8th day of installation, it became unresponsive to my input. I tried turning on the light by the app but it keeps displaying that the module is "offline" even when my wifi working 100% fine. I checked the connection to the module and there is no connection issues too. PLEASE NOTE: THAT THE LIGHT WILL NOT TURN ON WHEN THE MODULE IS MALFUNCTIONG, EVEN AFTER TRYING TO TURN ON MANUALLY BY SWITCH. So I'm in a situation where my light won't turn on even after trying to switch on manually. After putting some thought i decided to rebooting it. I turned off my home inverter and main switch and turned it on both again. Fortunately, it's started working normally again. I haven't decide whether to keep it or replace. Might replace it but it is a hassle to remove the entire switch board and remove the connections.
