I was mainly looking for hand grip strengtheners, and I decided to buy this set because of the price and everything it included. I have been using the grip strengtheners for at least a year, and they are very well built. They have no defects, and they still work perfectly. I keep one at home and one at the office. At the office, I use it while reading legal documents; it helps me stay focused and not lose my mind during long work sessions. At home, I also use it while watching tutorial videos, which makes it practical and entertaining. My forearms feel stronger, more defined, and healthier since I started using them. Overall, this is a very useful and well-made product. Highly recommended.

This kit is a great value for the variety you get. I keep it at my desk and grab one of the grippers or the stress ball whenever I'm on a call, reading, or watching TV. It's the kind of low-effort habit that actually sticks because it fits so naturally into downtime you're already having. The adjustable resistance gripper is my go-to. Solid build quality and easy to recommend for anyone wanting to sneak in some functional fitness throughout the day.

Excellent product, practical and with the durability I needed

it's a great blue that pops when i misplace something. it feels sturdy and like it won't crack like cheap plastic. the adjustability is a big part of why i got this set, i'm trying to get my lesser hand to be able to do things easier. Works well and even makes me slow down a bit and breathe which is honestly probably good for me.

First off, a couple pros. The little bag and the small accessories are nice enough. I like the rubber coating on the hand grips for comfort and slip prevention. That's pretty much where I'm going to stop with the pros. The con is that annoying counter. It makes a loud and pronounced click every time you squeeze the grip of course. The intent is to count the number of reps, But in reality, it's just ticking off the last few seconds of your sanity. You can't do it quietly. This is not something you can take into the conference room or have it your desk while on a conference call to get a few practice reps in while you're otherwise doing nothing. That persistent clicking is too loud and annoying for any of that. Not to mention that the post that actuates the counter has to align with a plastic post inside of the front grip. If you are really straining and aren't squeezing the strength trainer in perfect synchronization between the grips, that little post we'll click and clack as it snaps itself back into alignment. It sounds like your breaking small bones or something similar. If you buy these, you're going to hate that plastic post and the noise of the counter makes. If you buy these, you're going to want to take a pair of side cutters or stout kitchen scissors and cut off that plastic post. Or, just buy the same hand grip strength trainers from the same company without the counter. Because it's not worth it. Who can't count to 50 in their heads anyway?
