Nice rollar ball, bigger than a lacrose ball which is what I wanted. Works great.

Love this thing. Works great. A little on the larger side if sitting in a chair but man it works.

Overall, this works well for rolling out muscles. My only complaint is that it makes creaking noises as you’re rolling on it because of the two plastic end caps, which also cause it to slip a little. The ball is hollow. I would prefer a solid one piece ball with a uniform surface.

I have had a very sore trigger point behind my shoulder for many years. I used a tennis ball (on the floor to massage the spot) most recently but my chiropractor suggested trying a ball that's a little bigger. This ball has been helpful for me.

I thought the ball would be firm but softer. It's pretty hard and therefore painful to use.

You can literally trigger more pain with this ball .,It's not only to hard for proper massage, but this black plastic cap on each side, makes it impossible to keep the ball rolling smoothly. These black caps will also leave black marks on your wall. No good for foot, shoulder or hip pain relief..

This product is solid and on the hard side. It does not have much give, and that it what I want/need for my purposes. In terms of size, think of it as about the size of a softball, which is exactly what I was seeking.

Having been a runner for 30 years it’s starting to catch up with my old Legs! I’m suffering for tight Glutes and Hammys since doing a silly challenge in May. I got this ball to try and free up the tightness along with some other leg exercises. I can say that you can actually feel this working on the knots and tightness in your muscles. Can’t believe I’ve waited this long to get something like this. It’s simply brilliant. Wouldn’t be without it now.Only down side, the dog, Dougie a black lab, thinks it’s his! He would dearly love to chew it to pieces in seconds!!!

Really happy with this purchase. hard to find a massage ball (other than the spiky balls, which I find split in half after a while) that is ~10cm. Starting to prefer this over a foam roller for some areas of trigger point release, especially around the hips. Also great for getting into the hamstrings - unlike the lacrosse size balls which I find are too small to work properly. The rough surface is pretty good for non-slip too. Yet to find out its durability - but it looks very robust.

Great size to get those deep knots. Intense. Love it
