It was packaged perfectly and looks excellent. We went direct to get the cover for the set, and customer service is superb. Hoping to have it for many years of use and enjoyment. We would highly recommend the set. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great look and comfortable *by A***R on May 22, 2018* I live in the Great Smokey Mountains in NC and I have a gazebo attached to my cabin that fits the sectional perfectly. The furniture looks great and is very comfortable. I did have one small blemish on the seat cushion of one of the chairs and called Amazon. They told me to call Madbury Road and to order a new cover and they would cover the expense. When I called Madbury Road they were very helpful and told me it would be unnecessary to pay for the defect. Madbury Road took care of my issue and the replacement fabric seat cover is on the way. This product is excellent and their customer service was also outstanding. We’ve had it for a couple of months now and it seems like it’s going to hold up really well. The cushions are pretty firm, which I like, and the fabric is great for outdoor use. The glass table top shattered during shipping, but when I called Madbury Road customer service, they were super helpful and sent a new one right away.
