Relief
Love love love. I have the worst migraines and have for over 25 years. I could never get the ice right to help my pain. Then I bought this and it cools my face and neck and it doesn burn your face it you take it straight from the freezer and helps with the pain. I have literally put this on and fell asleep because it helps me so much. It does seem durable and will last for a long time. I noticed a small smell when I first opened it but that has gone away since. Great for any age.

A must-have for migraine sufferers.
I love this migraine cap. I’m not entirely sure what to say about it. I’ve used it on my head for migraines, to make my eyes less puffy after crying, and to cool down in the summer heat. It chills nicely and quickly and it’s a nice weight to apply just enough pressure when you have a migraine. I’ve also put it on my knee when I tweaked it simply because the weight allowed it to stay put. This item is top tier quality at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to reorder it. Oh, and, I’ve got a small head but hubby has a big head and it fits us both without being loose or too tight.

Doesn’t stay cold long
It’s perfect for migraines. It doesn’t stay cold long, which is a bummer. But otherwise- I like it!

Nice little chilly squeeze
It is nice and chilly straight out of the package. Heck, even just sitting on the table. Love it. I haven’t used it for a headache yet, but ooo it’s chilly and just squeezes my head. Sometimes I need a little head squeeze.

Did wonders for my influenza A headaches
Did wonders for my influenza A headaches that would not go away. Didn’t completely stop the pain, but after having a headache for two days straight, it lessened it so much that I could sleep. I only wish I had more of these so I could have more in the freezer so that when I finished with one I could swap it out with the other. Seems like it lasts about an hour before a feverish head thaws it back to head temperature. Also the pressure of the device did help a little too. So even when it wasn’t cold anymore, it still helped a little bit.
