Plantar facetious flares up at any time! I like keeping this near me (in purse or car) for when I feel the sensation beginning again. This is easy to use on myself. Being of good strong material this is an excellent tool. Love the carry case! Highly recommend!

The pain and swelling was immense after broken knee and would not go away. I had adhesions and artherofibrosis. PT wasn’t helping. I tried this and watched some YouTube videos on how to do it. It hurt a bit at first to use but I got better at it. I was flat amazed! The swelling went down considerably and my pain decreased so much I could get off even NSAIDs and finally turn in the bed (which was agonizing). Walking up and down the stairs and even hitting the gym. Great tool!

I purchased the scraping tools for personal use and have been able to continue to learn and better maintain the soft tissue issues I have been struggling with. The bevels on the edges of the tools are less rounded than the other tool I have used, but it hasn't caused pain or made their use more difficult. Sometimes the extra edge seems helpful in adding a "micro scrape" to each stroke.

As a beginner using this technique of ancient Chinese healing, this set is well made and comfortable to use. I appreciate the ease in cleaning the tools as well. I find the longer tool fits my hand better but it may be a matter of getting used to using the smaller one and getting the angles correct. As I am just starting, I cannot yet say anything about results as this takes time but I am very happy with my purchase and after my first session on my hip, I found the feeling very comfortable.

This is the 2nd time I bought this same hand scraper. Its excellent quality & the same that my occupational therapist uses. I’ve had issues for about 4 years,got much worse when I fell 21/2 years ago. It’s great quality & really gets into my fascia in my hands my wrist to my elbow. A lifesaver.

I had hand surgery a few months ago and I got this to augment my hand physical therapy so I can stretch out the tendon gently and work into the crunchy bits. The weight and angles are perfect and the size of the tool makes it easy to use. I've had more progress since using this daily so it is worth every penny. Also it looks like a tiny Klingon bat'leth so there's that and if I'm in a pinch it might be a great weapon *lol*

wow. I bought the 2 piece set. This is my first experience with gua sha tools as i was just using a spoon. There is no going back now. The tools are so lovely! Great curves for running along different parts of the body and they are great quality. feel like they're doing the body good. I also love the little soft case they came in.
