I don't like this one because taste is very synthethic and sweet, but not too sweet. Reminds me vanilla or white chocolate mix so you can consume this whey protein even with water. You definitely need a milkshake jug / protein shaking cup to use it otherwise there will be chunks of protein that will not dissolve in water or milk. It also causes execessive bloating, basically gas build up in my stomach so I start farting like crazy. Not sure if I became sensitive to one of the ingriedents...
