I wasn't disappointed. It has a really good, strong pigment with no sparkle that glides onto the lid and stays put for ages. The mauve-brown colour that I bought is a perfect base for everyday wear. I have only one criticism: the stick itself could do with being more robust. It tends to fall out of the applicator very easily, especially when applying directly to the eyelid so best to apply just to the base of the eyelid and spread carefully with your finger.
