Good idea, not sure how well it works, but am pleased with it for what I used it for. I sprayed it on greaseproof paper and sprinkled sugar strands on it and then wrapped around a cake.....it worked.

Baking spray
Love this stuff, but it's quite expensive. Makes baking so much easier as you just spray in the tin and you're set to go. Cakes don't stick to the pan and come out easily after cooking.

Essential for a successful Bundt removal!
After several attempts at making Bundt cakes with normal tin greasing methods, and the cakes not coming out in one piece, I thought I should take the plunge and give this spray a try. It’s not the cheapest stuff to buy, but it’s worth every penny - I didn’t even have to tap the tin when I turned the cake out! Tears of joy!! And a perfectly baked Bundt cake. The tin contains hundreds of sprays, so should work out quite economical in the long run. Definitely an essential for Bundt tins!

Seems to work a lot more effectively than previous cake releases I've tried, even on my intricate bundt pans.

not very impressed with this product, there was only enough "spray" to coat two medium sized (8inch) cake pans!! Would rather make my own pan release, doesn't cost anywhere the price of this spray, and has no chemicals, additive's or preservatives!

I swear by Baker's Joy Original No-Stick Baking Spray—it’s the only baking spray I ever use! It makes greasing pans effortless, and my baked goods release perfectly every time. I love that it has a light coating of flour in addition to the non-stick oil, which really helps cakes, breads, and brownies come out cleanly without sticking. It’s become an essential in my kitchen, and I honestly don’t know how I baked without it before. If you want consistent, easy-release results, this is the spray to get!

I tried this when baking a cake in a complex cake pan (a multi-level Jewish star), and it was amazing - the cake dropped right out of the pan. The spray isn't necessary for routine baking but useful when needed.
