Delivery caution
The evap showed up 2days earlier than the condenser than the condenser was up side down but a clean looking unit no damage

Refrigerant is not sold in USA
Unit was relatively easy to install but freon lines were hard to get tight. Unit leaked freon out and now I can't get the R-32 freon anywhere. It is not sold in the USA yet apparently. I have a wall ornament at this point. Cheaper is not better.

Didn’t use unit too big.
Didn’t have a chance to use the unit. Never use it. But it was hictic to returned it took me month to return this item. Too big and bulky
