This purchase is just for the replacement heads, not the toothbrush itself. The size of these replacement heads are perfect for baby and toddler mouths which make it easier to reach all the teeth and not make it an uncomfortable experience. They are durable as my toddler occasionally will bite down/chew on them. The bristles do get whacky/bent with the biting/chewing but by then it’s about time to replace for hygiene purposes anyway.
