Just received my 32gb ram for my late 2013 imac 27" and every time i install the "bip" signals and computer does not turn on.

Yes, I had the same issue and so I contacted their tech support by email and they were very responsive and sent me the correct ram cards and a return package to return the incorrect cards. They were very efficient and professional. I was very pleased and I am writing this reply on my late 2013 27" Mac with the new 32gb ram on board.
