These boards are thick, rigid and strong. I have no idea why people are reviewing these saying they're thin. If you're expecting a solid 3 inch thick wooden style block then you're in the wrong place. These are perfect plastic boards in different colours so you can distinguish what type of food you're using them for without causing cross contamination of raw meats/poultry and veg or breads. This makes the set I ordered really versatile (unless you're sadly colour blind). The size is ideal for most needs being 35cm long and they have a channel around the edges to catch any escaping juices. The surface is plastic so of course over time you will find they scratch under sharp knives. But I 've been using this exact type of board for ages and they're such good value and last a good long time until they need renewal that they're definitely worth it. Chopping boards that are made of wood need a lot of maintenance, metal ones blunt your knives and plastic of this quality is ideal in my opinion. Treat them like consumables and you won't be disappointed. Although I've never had a problem with these sliding around on the counter if you do find they slip then just place a wet dishcloth underneath and problem solved. These are useful, handy and robust additions to kitchen chopping and preparation. Recommend

Loving these boards, I use red for meat, green for veg so no chance of cross contamination. Easy clean, easy on the blade and the perfect size. Certainly value for money.

A no-frills chopping board that works as you'd expect it to

Very good quality. They're durable, thick plastic and so much better than the thin, flimsy ones we had before. They're a standard chopping board size.

Thinner than expected but working fine. Edit. After six months they have warped during washing up (I do this by hand so the water hasn't been scalding).

Needed a board quickly and it arrived day after ordering . It’s a thin board which concerned me a little, but no need. Does a really good job and so far no knife marks . Love colour and a decent size .I haven’t had to but a damp cloth underneath it so far .

Sehr schöne Schneitbrettchen

Das Brett tut was es soll, so im allgemeinen. Es ist sehr flach, aber stabil, ausreichend groß, das Eingriffsloch eher zu groß, sah man vorher = ok. Kritikpunkt: das Brett ist so glatt, dass es beim nutzen leicht rutscht und man schlecht irgendetwas zu essen darauf transportieren kann. Und na ja - man sieht leichte Schnittspuren, wie auf Produkten mit ähnlichem Zweck. Mal sehen wie sich das entwickelt.
