Great vise
This is a great vise, however what I have done is looked online and bought the steel/cast iron bases. These vises table clamps do work, just not always easy to use it that way, so I have bought several of these vises and then took off the table clamps and they slide right into the cast iron bases.

Decent starting vise
Lightweight, easy to travel with. However my 2nd time using it I dropped a piece and it is now bent. My fault but some pieces to the rotary are delicate.

It Looks like you are purchasing the vise. NOT TRUE. It is just the clamp piece. Totally misleading. Never buy.
