It’s smaller than I thought, my fault for not looking at dimensions closely. I thought it would telescope a bit and get taller. But it feels sturdy and the birds love it!!

We bought this because our cats are always looking out the window wanting to see birds. It was perfect to attach to our porch so the cats could see the birds. It was very easy to attach. The bowls you put food in are the perfect soze to put plenty of bird food on for several days. The birds love it, we have so many birds that come up everyday and eat out of it. It's made of medal so I know it will last a while which is good because our cats are constantly watching this bird feeder

I bought this because my patio is on the 2nd level of our 3 leveled Townhouse and I don’t have trees in my front or back yard to be able to feed and watch birds. I loved it at first until I noticed that the screws and poles are already starting to rust? This isn’t good. I just bought this thing 2 weeks ago. If it gets any worse I won’t be able to move the dishes because the screws that hold the bowl and feeding trays in place will be rusted shut. My only other complaint would be the drainage holes. The water stays in the feeder which it shouldn’t. I honestly don’t like this feeder as much as I like my feeders that keep the bigger birds out. Because this feeder is an open feeder the doves and bigger birds make such a mess even with mess free bird seeds. Mind you I’m on the 2nd floor of a 3 leveled Townhouse and the feed is everywhere because of the bigger birds so I moved the water dish above the feeder and put them just close enough where the smaller birds can’t get into the feeder anymore. They can eat the scraps that’s now on the first floor. It was so easy to assemble and to install on my patio as well and it’s so far pretty sturdy but I can’t look over the rust after only a couple weeks so I would rate it 3 stars. Being this is for the outdoors it should be better than this!

I just love this Porch and Deck Railing feeder. It is compact and easy to set up, and the birds just LOVE IT! I get Chickadees, Titmouse, Cardinals, Bluejays, sparrows, finches, and more. This is easy to clean and if you use seeds with not shells, there is no mess!

I purchased this feeder December 10th. This morning Iwent outside and it was leaning, and when I touched it, the welded part at the bottom that attaches to the deck broke apart. So now it is useless :(
