This is handsdown the best humidifier. It has analog knobs, not touch knobs which malfunctions in few months and resets if you have a powecut. No stupid beep during power cuts or when someone changes the settings resulting in sound sleep. Simple auto shutoff, amazing humidity level. I have been using it for 2 years. Just use RO water for smooth operations and don't put essential oils in the water tank.

I can't say much more as I was order but it was not delivered don't know what happened.

I had recently purchased this product after seeing it's specifications. After using for some days, the machine got non functional and when reported to the compnay, they started asking various proofs, photos, videos. At one point of time it was felt that, the company don't want to help the customer and instead of that they were not willing to replace or repair the faulty product. Pls be aware and think before buying this. Don't go for just looks. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY AT ALL. NOT EASY TO USE.

Product is working fine as of now. Only day one of use but Instantly two feedback. If the tank is full and placed low, then you can forget filling the perfume in the tray, it's a big pain to put it back. Digital control is missing so you need to monitor. But overall very satisfied with purchase, with day one usage. Super silent. Suggestion charge 500 to 700 more but add digital control or give External digital control equipment for 1000 extra. I bought it mainly for its large tank capacity. Easy to clean components with separate essential oil compartment. It produces enough mist even at minimum setting. Even though I used only tap water and cleaned properly, it suddenly stopped working in 2 months of usage. I contacted the customer care, they directed me to send the product back at my own cost. Once they received and checked the product that its not working, they send replacement product in no time. As mentioned by few reviewers, These product really have some serious manufacturing issues. But with Good Customer service, one can invest in this product as they comes with greater value.

Very bad waste money after 1 year

It's a good piece of machine. Pros: works as told and basic tool for summers and dry weathers. Cons: the vapour falls immediately near the machine itself, does not mix with room air.(requires a fan to be kept near to it) high quality water only to be used, salt water creates deposits inside the tank and machine.

The product is awesome and cute. This worked perfectly till it stopped working. The customer service is a bit of challenge though. It takes time for you to get this resolved. Should understand that this is not a big consumer brands like Philips...etc who have service centre all over India. The customer service response is good and the way they take responsibility is also good. The Product is working perfect after it got replaced.
