It mixes easier than any protein powder I have had. I put a scoop into a bottle with a little bit of milk, shook it for a few seconds and there wasn't any lumps left. It also mixes without a problem in my breakfast oats. The only little negative for me is it tastes quite sweet so I Ould probably try one of the chocolate flavours next time.
