I've got Crohns Disease/Colitis and as part of that have found I've always struggled massively to find a protein powder which worked for me. I'd have massive cramps, gas, bloating. It made the whole gym going experience very painful and uncomfortable. But since finding PPS I tried the banana flavour and the chocolate flavor all with no problems (I like mixing the shake with a few caps of MCT oil). All the problems I've experienced in the past are exactly that, in the past. It's honestly been a revelation and I hope this is the same for others with food intolerant stomachs.Combine that with serious gains, allowing me to train day after day without the same recovery problems I've encountered in the past, it really is a potent and well priced shake.
