**Q: How strong is the adhesive? Does it get gooey after a long time before removing it?
I mean duct tape leaves a nasty residue after a long time.**
A: The adhesive is not too sticky, and I would not expect it to leave a residue.  It is not held by static long alone, as suggested elsewhere, which allows it to stick to matte, bumpy, and curved surfaces, but the adhesive is not at all gummy like duct tape.

**Q: What is the diameter of the biggest circle shaped sticker in the package?**
A: 3/4 inch. There is also 2 rectangles that' are 1x2 inches.

**Q: If i place this over a capacitive button (that's also a really bright blue led), will the lightdim block my touch input?**
A: I tried it on my phone touch screen and it seems to work.

**Q: What color is "grey" supposed to be? According to the manufacturer they make black, silver and white. No mention of grey. What is grey?**
A: It may say grey but the stickers are black (or very, very, very dark grey). This is my second package. They work very well and there enough sizes to cover just about everything in your house.

Sticks on and blocks out most of the light, still lets through enough to see the light if you look directly at it, and allows remote control signals to work properly.

I initially searched for this with a requirement for something to block out the annoying blue LED lights on various electrical products within my bedroom. I like to sleep in a very dark room and with blue being one of the worst lights to have in a bedroom it was very much needed.Fortunately I found these and given the reasonable price I gave them a go. I deliberated on whether to use the black out ones but since I wanted to keep the indicator lights I chose these original strength ones.As per the attached pictures they have made a great difference and stop the projection of light into the space. Whilst retaining the indicator of the device and what it's doing/if its on etc.I've used them on multiple devices and they have worked perfectly so far. Its a tad fiddly to get them on but they stick well and you have lots to get through so there's the option to have another attempt.I was particularly impressed with the inclusion of the metallic variant for use with silver coloured laptops which was also included for free along with a special deal on any further purchases.I have recommended these to everyone at my work and even used them on some devices there.Overall very happy!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pricey, but effective

These are effectively stick-on neutral density filters, to dim lights on equipment. They're pretty expensive for what you get- a single sheet of stickers.However, they are very good quality- sturdy and easy to apply. They also appear to peel off without leaving an icky mess. This is fantastic, when you're sticking them over too-bright LEDs on expensive equipment!I bought them to tame a USB charger that lights up the bedroom at night- and the result was perfect. You can still see the status of the device, but there's no ghostly illumination next to the bed. I also grabbed a pack of silver Lightdims, since there was a discount for buying two- so that I could dim the cyclopean eye of my desktop DAC, which I am experimenting with leaving on, so that it can settle down in a nice thermally stable manner into its INL spec (R2R DACs are a bit fussy). Needless to say, the terrifying pure white point of light is now a lot calmer, too.This is an annoyingly useful product, it's just a shame that they are so pricey. If you don't want to just stick blu-tak/electrical tape on something for aesthetic reasons, they do a great job!
