Looks cheap and the “velvet” is baggy off the “memory foam” Does not have 4 individual layers to have different heights, only has 2 layers and a little loose cushion that you can double up, which I assume, is the only way it could count as a 4 layered elevated cushion. The sellers return policy is postage returned back to the USA, which in normal circumstances, the buyer has to pay for.
