First, thank you to all the reviewers who mentioned that these run small. According to the size chart, I should have been a medium. I ordered the large and they fit PERFECTLY! I'm honestly in love with these. They provide compression everywhere I need it without being too stiff or tight. I intend to wear a fingerless glove over it a) to keep my hands warm and b) to provide extra support around my hand (it works pretty well, actually). The quality is very good. I don't have any concerns currently about these lasting a long time. Basically, I'm in love. And, again, I'm very grateful to all the reviewers for your honest feedback. It helped me make a stellar choice!

It really does help me with my carpal tunnel pain. Its thick material, fits my thick wrist.

Working = 5 stars. Fit = 3 stars... Hence my overall 4 star score. When I measured for sizing... I was at 7.1 which is the end of the medium size and the beginning of the large size. Being a good sized guy and a powerlifter... I went for the large size. They were snug on the top and bottom, but too loose in the middle. I almost sent them back until I read another reviewer's review stating they had doubled them up (one over the other) and had the black tops staggered. Gave it a try and then they fit perfectly with the right amount of compression all the way through. I have pretty bad carpal on my left wrist and was tired of using smelly ointments that only kind of worked. This is giving me good support and seems to be helping so far.

This is an excellent product - I have used it daily for several weeks, and it works exactly as I wanted. It provides tight wrist support and does not loosen up over time. Great quality.

I’m 5’9”, 168 and female with larger bones. I got the large and there is no compression really, they are too big. I am going to try another type that is adjustable. Some here say they run small. I don’t think it is a good idea to get these if you have painful wrists because the fit would be too hard to get right. That being said, I wore mine to sleep anyway and felt relief. Probably from keeping my wrists warm.
