They are nicely made but short in stature, making them , hard to hold while hitting with hammer

Pros: good variety for the price. Cons: dull out of the package I needed some punches for the occasional project but didn't want to spend much. Out of the box they were too dull to really be usable. I spent an evening sharpening them in front of the TV and was happy with the end result after using them for my project.

This product is really easy to use, and an alternative to a leather punch which usually has smaller tips. This one is perfect for larger circles. It can be used on leather and also EVA foam - just mark the place you want to cut, tap it gently with a hammer, check the bottom to see if it cut all the way, and if not just a few more gentle taps and you’re done!

If your looking to do light stamping/ cutting work 1-6ish ounces then I recommend these. The majority of them seemed fairly sharp enough to be able to cut leather w/ a few light strikes. Easy to tell the cutting side from the striking side by looking at the side of the shape. Although not the sharpest for 1 strike on fabric. The circles seemed to be the most dull out of all of them. As you can see in the pictures you get a large variety and all in different sizes. And for 52 individual shapes I didn't get a single repeat in size, they all differed by Width or Length. The case is plenty big enough for them if you stack them all inside of each other with a bit of left over room for a few extra future pieces. I do think if your looking to cut thick leather on a regular basis like 7ish ounces, look for something of better quality. The shapes are not 100% perfect and the welds that hold the pieces together can be a hit or miss. As well as the sharpness, u will end up beating these quite a bit. Overall for the price they are a good little set for small work. You are getting them at under $0.50 a piece.

I would not purchase this set again. I haven't used all the sizes yet, but of the 4 or 5 I have used, only 1 size has actually cut through the leather I am working with. The punch will create an indent or a very partial cut in the material, and then I have to go back and cut it with a blade. I know it's not the material I am using because other punches that I have *do* fully punch through the same material.
