Review: Great just needed a tweek - Looks really nice and serves it's purpose to carry items when needed, straps go under the pillion seat then attach to the buckles on the bag for easy convienient removal when needed it also has a hand carry strap built on and comes with a shoulder strap too, you can extend the size by opening with the sturdy zip at the bottom of the bag with the but unfortunatly it is restricted by the way they attached the buckles, personaly I am pretty niffty with a needle and cotton and relocated the buckles so the extension of the bag now works as it should shown in the image I attached.

**Q: does it work on a svartpilen 401?**
A: I use it on my 2019 R1. I took off the straps and plastic clip-on's that come with the bag, and instead use bungee Cords with carabiner hooks.
Works much better this way for me. Plus, I can place it on my back as a back pack when walking the trail. Hope this helped u.

Good tail bag not 100% waterproof as stated but not to bad for the price and you can unclip and leave the straps fitted to the bike
