I work from home and have a herniated lumbar disc. Sitting at my desk all day was causing alot of lower back pain and sciatica pain. When this arrive I mind of chuckled because it didn’t look like much. But it is stuffed, stable, and adjustable. The straps hold it in place on my chair and were easy to adjust. The back support is really nice and not too much. My back pain was noticeably better in the first day!!

This pillow is great for a less than comfy chair. My new job will reimburse me for a new office chair after 90 days so I needed to make do with an older chair until then. Offers great support, it hasn’t shifted a bit, and I’m in no discomfort by the end of the day. Worth it if a new chair isn’t in the cards just yet!

For my computer chair I use an old dining room chair purchased in a thrift shop. The back is wood and its support is hard. This back cushion is a great improvement. I am surprised. I think the cushion may have helped reduce some back pain. I had trouble adjusting the strap that holds it to the chair but that was me and not a design problem. I have to push the cushion up a bit every time I sit down but that is no great burden when compared to the advantages of the cushion. There has been no change in the condition of the cushion in about three months of every day use.

So comfortable. I'm so happy I bought this for my home office chair. Helps support my back all day. Soft but it has good support. I like that it has an adjustable strap so you can fix it where you want and it stays. When it arrived it was flat and kind of squished but within a few hours it filled up with air and it's shape came back.

Bought this to relieve my back ache from lack of good lumbar support on my desk chair, but I have to keep readjusting it, because it slips and it's a little too hard and stiff to be really comfortable. I guess it's adequate. Would probably buy something else, but I'll muddle through with this one for a while.

This cushion combined with a lower seat cushion made sitting for any length of time tolerable. The cushion is very comfortable and supportive. Great to help minimize back pain with lower back disc issues.

SINCE MY CAR ACCIDENT FEW YEARS AGO, I'VE BEEN HAVING LOWER BACK ISSUES ON AND OFF. THIS CUSHION JUST GIVE ME ENOUGH RELIEF AND PROVIDE SUPPORT ON MY LOWER BACK. I HAVE IT UP HIGHER AND IT STAYS THE SAME. LOVE THAT THE BELT ADJUSTER YOU CAN MAKE IT AS TIGHT AS YOU WANT TO KEEP IT FROM SLIDING DOWN. THE COLOR BLENDS WITH MY BLACK LEATHER WORK CHAIR.

I bought this for my son who had one of the older metal rim/mesh back supports which was coming apart. This back cushion gives good support and is very cool and comfortable. The top of the cushion comes to just above the low back and contours around the sides nicely, but please note that if you are looking for a higher, firm support cushion...this is NOT IT. For my son's purpose, it works.
