Simple but works perfectly. The unit is made of metal and feels very sturdy. Installation was very simple. I've used it to hold an Android Auto Unit and a GoPro and both were very stable.

Great ball mount, well worth the money.

This was Super easy to install and beats my original stem mount that came with my ram mount. So much stiffer than the flimsy expanding rubber mounts. It does cause more vibration on the phone though. the mount was plenty long and seems to be sturdy. I feel much more confident in it holding my phone, 20 bucks well spent.
