**Update** The company reached out to me after my initial review. They sent replacement bulbs to me (as they have updated their technology in their bulbs). The shipping of the replacement bulbs were very quick! After I received the bulbs, I tried them again in the same light fixtures as before. One bulb connected right away and almost effortlessly in less than 5 minutes, start to finish. Super impressive! I then tried 4 more. These four, took a bit longer. I tried everything and anything I could think of. After 2 hours, restarting the app multiple times and screwing the bulbs in and out a few times, they connected! This was huge as before I never even got to this step. However, 3 of the 4 bulbs then wouldn’t fully connect as I had no color, scene or setting options. I continued to try various things and eventually they all connected as they should AND with all their settings!!! Connecting them to my Google Home was super simple and effortless. Once they all synced they have been amazing bulbs. I’d recommend these, just be patient and know it may take a bit to get them fully synced but once they are, they’re bright, colors are bright and true to color, dimmable, voice controlled through Google Home (in my case) and a great feature to have in your rooms. Also, a HUGE shout out to their customer service (Maggie) as they reached out, stood by their product, offered help and suggestions to get the bulbs to function properly, timely with responses, replaced their product with fast shipping and over all was amazing to deal with! Highly recommend their company for these traits alone as those are hard to come by in companies these days! Definitely updating my stars from 1 to 5 for everything they have done to ensure a happy customer and for the lights being as amazing as they described! I bought 8 of these. So far, I’ve tried to install 6 of them. So far only 1 works. I absolutely loathe the set up for these lights! You have to install an app (and sign up for it) then you have to pair the lights. After pairing then you can go through your Google/Alexa and set them up there. A lot of steps and useless app for a lightbulb, imo. Pairing the lights with the app is where 5/6 lightbulbs have failed. I’ve tested the internet and performed a speed evaluation and it’s using the 2.4, should be all systems go. I made sure the light was on and flashing. I worked over 90 minutes last night trying to pair 1 lightbulb and it never did pair; I put it back in the box. I’ve had one lightbulb (same house and set up) that paired within 20 minutes of beginning the process. I’m not a fan of these bulbs just from the set up process. I do not recommend these to anyone that has a life past installing lightbulbs. They are bright, from what I can tell with the one bulb. That is probably the only reason for the one star in this review bc otherwise they’re not even worth the one star.

These are pretty great. The app has pretty good features and is easy to set up, and I had no trouble connecting these devices. This is actually the second set that I bought for my bedroom because of the in depth control settings and ease of use. The brighter bulbs work wonders on a dark painted room!

Customer service reached out and replaced two of the bulbs, which was enough for the intent behind the purchase. Wife got them up and running. Some months later and they're still good. Buy with faith that if there's a problem, they are motivated to help you solve it. ~Original review~ Nice, bright bulbs. Compatible with Alexa. Unfortunately they also disconnect ~every day~ if they haven't been actively used for a few hours. Every morning I have to flip the switch off for a few seconds and back on. Then they (usually) work. Kind of contradicts the point of getting smart bulbs. Got stars for being ok regular bulbs and for working well for a few hours after being power cycled.

These smart bulbs are a fantastic value. Setup was quick with the app, and they respond instantly to voice commands via Alexa. The brightness is impressive perfect for task lighting or ambiance. I love the color options and scheduling features, which help save energy and set the mood. Whether you’re tech-savvy or just starting with smart home upgrades, these bulbs are intuitive and reliable.

Switched to these bulbs after consistent issues with Sengled bulbs. The bulbs are easy to connect, bright, and the colors are vibrant, especially compared to other smart bulbs of a similar price. The app has a bit of a learning curve and sometimes the color displayed on the in-app color wheel doesn't match the color on the bulb but this isn't much of an issue since you can just tweak the color value slightly until the bulb displays the color you want. So far the bulbs and app work well with Alexa and we've had no issues with using voice commands. We ordered a total of 12 bulbs and one bulb would not turn on straight out of the box (even after testing with a socket that other bulbs from the same pack worked in) so I emailed LightingInside and they immediately sent a replacement bulb with no fuss. I didn't have to return anything and the new bulb arrived and was installed and working within three days. Good customer service. Overall the bulbs are a good value for what you get especially if you catch them on sale.

One of the bulbs in the set died prematurely. Reached out directly to Lightinginside and they offered me some replacement bulbs after trying some troubleshooting. Bulbs work great, the app can be a bit finicky but overall pleased with the ease of use. The bulbs get BRIGHT, and customization options are pretty solid.

Works, like a charm.

The bulb blinks constantly whenever it loses Wi-Fi connectivity or during power outages, which is incredibly frustrating. The reset function requires toggling the switch three times, leading to frequent unintentional resets. I installed these at my parents’ house, but since they live far away, and I'm not there to constantly add it back thoughthe app this issue rendered the bulbs unusable, we had to set them aside—a total waste of money. I really wish they would release a firmware update to resolve these problems, particularly for handling power outages and resets. Honestly, who thought it was a good idea for the bulbs to blink incessantly every time they lose connection ??!!!! It’s a terrible design choice. If I could, I’d give this 0 stars.
