I'm not the best at taking it all the time, super consistently, but when I do take it before eating, I definitely notice a difference in my bowels! I either have a BM pretty quickly or it just digests easier. When I feel gross and remember I haven't taken one yet during the day I have one and I know I'm gonna have a solid BM shortly after.
