Playvital is the best when it comes to thumb caps. seriously i have bought so many, and playvital is the best brand on this site. they are the best quality thumb caps you’d find for basically any controller or device, they’ll fit. the others just don’t fit right, slide off, and have no texture or weight to them. these do. I’m glad i have a full black set, i lost my white set, I’ll be buying another white set from these guys.

I have the steam deck OLED and these grips seem to work great for it! The grips appear to be high-quality you should last but I’ve only use them for about 10 hours, so we’ll see. I can appreciate that they provide two different types of grips, one concave and the other more rounded with a hexagon type pattern. There is a little neck to attaching these to the joystick, but once done they stay on really well. I can’t speak much to value, but they seem reasonable for the apparent quality, fit and function so far! I can’t think of any negatives, perhaps I’ll get a different color next time. Edit: I've been using this honeycomb pattern for sometime now, and I still like them alot, however I started to notice a little bit of slipping after long sessions. Cleaning the caps with rubbing alcohol every now and again, has helped.

I purchased these because the rubber grip on one of my Steam Deck's thumb sticks started to detach. While they required a little effort to install, now that they're on, the thumb sticks feel significantly improved. The grip is better, and they seem more durable than the original sticks.

They’re very difficult to install but feel great once on. By the way, these will not snap on like shown in those “how to” videos. The trick is to turn them inside out, center them on the thumb stick then slowly turn them back over the thumb stick one small area at a time.. And because they’re so tight, they will not “dance/move” on the thumb stick so that’s a plus!! I haven’t had a long gaming session since installing them but they immediately made the thumb stick much more comfortable. I bought them mainly because I don’t like the surrounding ridge on the steam deck’s thumb stick and these have been providing adequate grip and comfort.

I absolutely love these thumb grips, my favorite of the two is the diamond pattern ones because I prefer grips to be more convex than concave. At first I was worried if these would be the right size for my playstation portal because these are marketed as steam deck grips, but they fit precisely and securely with enough covering the underside that I have no worries about them coming loose during gaming, unlike the "switch" grips I ordered from another brand that don't cover enough of the underside of the portal sticks. Definitely recommend these!

A bit of a hassle to put on but I do love them. Functional and appealing.

I wanted to personalize my steam deck a bit so I got these and shoulder button extensions. Haven't tried the shoulders yet but they look easier than these. Apparently the "preferred" application method is to use your fingers to literally turn these inside out then place them on top of the joystick and allow the rubber edges to flip down into place. This can be easier to say than do if you have limited feeling in your fingertips like I do. These appear to fit "tightly" as opposed to some products that fit more loosely. I haven't succeeded in getting them on yet but I'm not going to give up. You get two sets in the package in case some get lost or damaged. I had a thought that putting these in hot water might help them go on a little bit easier haven't tried yet.
