Great quality, easy to use
Our first bike trailer we have tried. Goes together and folds/transports very easy. My 4 and 2 year olds love it!Feels very stable and is easy to pull behind a bike. The large pneumatic tires and little suspension springs seem like they make a nice ride for the kids. Converts and pushes super easy as a “stroller” too, we use this around the neighborhood/parks and bring it campingThe little back storage area is great at campgrounds or bringing a few things to the park! Also this model seems to have a much better view/window setup for the kids compared to other models we looked at. Some reviews said the back push handle (or roll bar when in bike mode) seemed loose, but I have no problems with it at all. It feels like a plastic sprocket that had a yellow plastic pinch lever to hold the bar in place. I guess if you apply very little force to it or don’t let the teeth mesh together it would be loose... but I can squeeze it tight then lift the entire trailer up (with my kids in it) and the bar doesn’t move/slide.Besides the price being expensive, I can’t think of anything I don’t like!

Awesome Trailer
Cycling is my favorite activity, but I have not been able to get out on my bike much since having my first baby. I decided to invest in this trailer so that I can take him along on rides and get him some fresh air. I settled on this trailer after doing A LOT of research. Originally it was between this trailer and the Thule Chariot. Ended up going with this one as it had adjustable seats, suspension, and I could get the two-seater for less than the price of the single-seater from the Thule. The D-Lite X has been awesome! My baby loves coming on bike rides with me now, and I use this trailer almost every day to ride around our neighborhood. It is sturdy, roomy, and comfortable for baby. Highly recommend!

Making memories, love it
I did a lot of research before we bought this so we knew what we were getting. One surprise, though, was that the back cover unzips so the screen can still be closed and the rain cover rolled up. Previous model reviews I'd seen complained of this, and I was expecting it to be an issue, but it was not - we were pleasantly surprised -- which was great because it's been in the 90's for weeks (with humidity in the 80-90%'s as well). It is light, very light, and rolls really well. I hardly notice I'm pulling it. The kids love it.I don't have any experience with rain, I've seen reviews that it isn't as water proof as some -- but that's not an issue for us. Where we live - you know if it's going to rain well in advance and we just don't go out on days like that. In part because when it storms here it's just flat dangerous. Tornados, hail, lots of lighting, that kind of stuff.Tons of room to pack stuff, too.The zippers all feel substantial, good quality, as does the material it is made of.Assembly was very easy. I don't know about folding it down and setting it back up - we store it ready to go.

To each his own
Initially we were turned away from this trailer after reading all the negative reviews, but after getting a great discount off a cosmetically damaged item on Amazon Warehouse (box was damaged all items inside were wrapped in manufacture packaging) we went ahead with the purchase. Figured if it did not work out just return to Amazon. Fortunately stroller met all our needs. Yes it is bulky, but no bulkier than our all in one stroller (nuna demi grow that is now collecting dust after this purchase). Yes it is pricey, but again equivalent to a top end stroller. Handler bar loose or too tight? Well that was fixed by a few turns of a screw. Canopy covers not cooperating? Roll it up and tie the ends with the elastic straps, that’s why they are there. No room for items in the back seat? Loosen up the back straps, push forward the seats. We can fit a soft sided cooler bag, water containers or hydro backpack. Same for when we need slack in seats for kid to nap, not ideal, similar to car seat in 45 degree position. We went for the two seater, although we only have one child, but figured our older Chihuahua can use the spare seat or floor space. We see this purchase as an investment that provides the opportunity to spend time outdoor with our child while knocking out some cardio (walk, cycle, run —bought fixed wheel.) Also very useful when partner is in need of a break. On the subject of breaks, unless running on very steep terrain or barefoot, a hand break is not necessary. And at that point best to stop and reconsider your activities.

Best jogging stroller, best bike trailer.
The media could not be loaded. I've owned this trailer for four months and I think it's the best jogging stroller or trailer on the market. I purchased it on a Labor Day sale for $600.Compared to the Thule, Bob, or Uppababy jogging strollers, it has better built-in wind and rain protection, and its wheels are bigger. In addition to being a top contender as the best jogging stroller, it's a bike trailer. To compare it to the Thule bike trailers – the Thules look nice, but they're considerably more expensive and I don't see the value proposition. We walk and jog with this trailer about 4 miles per day and then go for a ride most weekends for about 15 miles. I love the capabilities it gives us.I do wish the seat could recline even more so that our baby could lie flat, but she falls asleep almost every outing as it is, so the seat angle isn't too big a deal for us. However, because of this, it's not suitable for newborns. This trailer has given us the ability to take our baby (and dog) on the adventures that we love.1 year update:Still going great and rolling very smoothly. We've used it at least 5 days a week for the past year, for 3 miles or more per day, and it's been fabulous. We had a wet winter, and the ability to quickly open or close the plastic windshield to keep our daughter completely dry was a big deal.
