Works with FORScan and Techlineโreliable for diagnostics and live data
Solid OBD2 USB interface that worked well on both a 2024 Chevy Silverado and a 2025 Ford Bronco. Good option if youโre using FORScan or similar diagnostic software. Iโve used this with FORScan and GM Techline, and it was able to communicate with both vehicles without issues. It also worked with an Android head unit using OBD Fusion, which made it easy to monitor live data like drivetrain temperatures while driving. The cable length is decent and gives you enough room to connect to a laptop or device comfortably. Build quality feels solid, and Iโve been using it on and off for about 6 months with no reliability problems. One useful feature is the LED indicatorsโthey make it easy to tell when itโs connected and actively communicating, which helps when troubleshooting. It is slightly larger than some other OBD2 adapters, but that hasnโt been an issue in actual use, but plugs in easily and no problems with software issues. It connected fast and did what I needed. Cons: Slightly bulkier than some other adapters May not support all advanced GM Techline features (worked fine for FORScan programming in my use) Bottom line: A reliable and affordable USB OBD2 interface for diagnostics, programming, and live data monitoring. Worked well across multiple vehicles and software platforms in my testing.

Awesome unit thanks
The unit does exactly as it says it does and feels well built. Just what I was needing for my 2008 f-350 6.4l powerstroke just had to plug it in to my laptop and OBDII port and it really made dealing with the PATS system alot more pleasurable and any other thing you want to Tinker with just be careful on what settings you change if your using it with forscan.

Don't waste your time
Tried to give 0 stars, but Amazon requires one, so count this as actually 0. Cable didn't work at all. When connected to my laptop without being connected to the vehicle the laptop complained that it was detecting a short in the connection. When connected to the car, only the first light on the cable lit up red, no other lights came on. I'm assuming that it was just shoddy work on the electronics inside the device. The cable feels very cheaply made. I bought a VGate cable instead for a little bit more, and it works perfectly. That seems to be the best "cheap" cable available currently. It was between that and the OBDLink EX, which costs twice as much. So I bought the VGate vLinker and it works perfectly. That's the cable I would recommend for anyone looking at this one. I connected it to both scantool and OBD Auto Doctor on Debian 12 and it worked great.

Works with Ford bronco sport, double beep disabled
2021 Ford bronco sport. Bought to turn off the double beep when exiting the vehicle when it's running. After installing forscan and activating 60 day trial, it took about 5 minutes to find the correct module and disable "double beep".
