Horrible design. Would not buy again.
When I took these brackets out of the box I was impressed, that lasted until the first dry fit with lights attached. These are advertised as bolt up no problem brackets. In reality they hit the factory crash bar unless you use a spacer to raise them. The bottom mounting hole is too big, so you have to use a washer, top access hole is too small to get a socket in to tighten it. The hole for a light in the outer most position lines up with the factory crash bar. All in all a horrible job of design. Would not buy again.

Nice bracket, disappointing package
If you’re looking for a handy way to mount some pod lights behind your Bronco’s optional modular bumper, these brackets are snazzy: well constructed, thick steel with a quality painted surface. If you’re looking for an easy install, take a deep breath. There were no instructions included and it wasn’t clear how the brackets mount. Helpful tip: they use the bolt locations where you can remove/attach the front crash bars. The hardware included is puzzling: the kit comes with shorter bolts that go through the upper holes of the factory bolt locations but require fishing a washer, lock washer, and nut inside the boxed steel crash bar while holding the bracket in place. Practically impossible for one person and absolutely requires ditching the crash bar extensions if you have any inclination to reinstall them ( I didn’t). Do yourself a favor and grab four new 12mmx1.75 bolts about 3/4” longer than the stock bolts. That way you can use the stock mounting nuts welded to the bottom of the crash bar and install the brackets waaa-a-ay easier.

Could use some directions
I could not figure out how to mount these just following the picture I saw on the listing. There were no directions included. Since it puzzled me I asked my very handy significant other to help. Here is what was suggested and what we had to do: had to go get longer bolts from hardware store as the ones included don't screw in correctly as the ones included are a coarse thread. I did find a video showing what it should look like, and this mounts further back than other brackets that mount to the bumper. This mount actually is attached to the frame of the vehicle. I don't have the lights yet to mount, but in the video it appears that the lights they installed are clipped by the bumper. I will update this review if the light installation is an issue.
