LOFTEK 6-inch LED Light Ball, Rechargeable Nursery Night Light, Hangable

As an Interior Designer & Decorator, I typically don’t resort to Amazon for much. However, for this particular Product, it was my only option, locally. After reading hundreds of Reviews for multi. MFRS. of these LED Globes, this Loftek Color-Changing, LED, Waterproof Globe was by far the best quality at the most reasonable price I’d found. I refuse to waste $$ on Products that aren’t solid quality, & w/ the extreme lack of quality control that comes along w/ every Product found on Amazon & WayFair, & ALL BIG BOX STORE PRODUCTS (yes, incl. the cheap garbage IKEA sells & calls “Quality”), there are very few things I’ll purchase made w/ imported parts. However, this LED Globe hasn’t let me down so far. The Remote only acts wacky when another MFR. Remote for LED Lights are being used nearby. My smart light remotes have changed the Color & Transition Speed of the Colors on this LED Globe. Aside from that, No issues w/ the Remote thus far. It’s actually highly convenient. The Colors are all beautiful, & there are multi. options for transitioning between Colors: The Speed of the Colors Transitioning; Choice of a choppy transition or a smooth transition, or, manually switch between Colors one at a time. There’s also a timer on the remote. The LED Globe has 3 Shades of White (Cool, Daylight & Warm). I used this LED Globe for a DIY Spring Lamp.. (see video) However, the versatility of this LED Globe seems endless. It’s Waterproof, so it can be used for outdoor lighting as well. It has a hook on the bottom for hanging. &, the bottom is flat, which means it can sit alone on a flat surface as a beautiful standalone Light. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this color-changing light in our home! Pros: ✅ Modern & Minimalist Design – The sleek, spherical shape looks clean and stylish in our living room. ✅ Extensive Color & Animation Options – The app offers a huge variety of colors and over 100 animation effects, making it fun and customizable. ✅ Bright & Adjustable – It provides plenty of light, and you can easily control both the brightness and color. ✅ Includes a Remote – The remote is handy for quick adjustments, allowing basic brightness and color changes without opening the app. Cons: ❌ Limited Color Selection on the Remote – The remote is missing some basic colors (like warm orange or pink) that would be expected in an ambient light. While the app allows full customization, it would be more convenient to have better remote presets. ❌ Limited Preset Saves in the App – Even though you can choose tons of colors in the app, you can only save four presets, which feels restrictive. One more note: App Reviews Are Misleading – The app has a lot of negative reviews, but we haven’t experienced major issues. It’s simple and functional, even if more preset slots would be nice. Final Thoughts: This color-changing light is sleek, vibrant, and easy to customize, but the remote’s color limitations and preset restrictions could be improved. Overall, it’s a great addition to our home!

Absolutely amazing! We got this for our 11 month old son who is visually impaired to aid with low vision therapy. He is so drawn to the colors and beautiful effects. He laughs and smiles as he watches and tracks it. Many color changing and brightness settings, and love that it comes with a remote too.

I have two of these, from two different sellers on Amazon The light globe itself is fantastic, although I only like the warm yellow color--but I like that a lot. Both of them are funky about charging, but in different ways. One will effectively only operate while plugged in, because it really doesn't hold a charge. The other one holds a charge much longer but stays lit when plugged in, even if turned off. I suspect that if I ordered a third I would get it yet another variation. All this being said, I use these every evening for their soft warm moonlke glow. You should also know that the charging cord protrudes from the bottom so that they will not sit flat while charging.

This is too cute. The glow in the background illuminates the section that was dark. I like the different color options that if offers.

Love this lamp as an accent piece!

This company "Loftek" is the WORST. They state the following in the product description: "What You Get: 35 days free return and quick refund, 12-month free replacement for product quality issue, and lifetime prompt customer service. Please note: If you need more help, please feel free to contact us and we will always be here to help." Yeah, no. They NEVER responded to our emails informing Loftek that after ONE month the ball stopped working. It would not charge- the balls take 4.5 hours to charge by the way- and that's for the 12 inch size! It flickered and lost all power. $300 for 4 balls and one is garbage in 38 days. Ouch. The other 3 balls are still working and we hope it remains that way, but are skeptical since one crapped out so fast. Not only did Loftek never respond to our emails (plural) but finally we had to go through Amazon and they had to solve the problem since Loftek would not honour their promise or stand behind their product. Amazon of course is fantastic and had to pick up the ball, literally, that Loftek dropped! Sadly, if the other 3 balls stop working within a year of purchase, it will be Amazon who will have to send us a new ball as "Loftek" is useless and unprofessional. You "Dropped the ball" Loftek... You literally dropped it. 12/5/2020- EDITED TO ADD- THREE BALLS OUT OF FOUR HAVE STOPPED WORKING NOW- IN LESS THAN THREE MONTHS! 12 MONTH GUARANTEE ONLY FULFILLED BY AMAZON- LOFTEK DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR STAND BY THEIR ONE YEAR GUANANTEE! THANK GOODNESS FOR AMAZON STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE! 11/2021- EDIT TO ADD- BOUGHT 4 NEW BALLS THIS OCTOBER-, 2021- THEY ALL BROKE IN LESS THAN 4 WEEKS- I RECEIVED 4 REPLACEMNT BALLS- AND ONE HAS ALREADY BROKEN IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS-AMAZON TOOK 45 MINUTES ON PHONE TO TRY TO "FIX" THIS ISSUE- THAT WAS NOT GOOD... I AM SOOOOOO FRUSTRATED- THE BALLS NOW COST $10.00 MORE EACH, AND QUALITY IS EVEN WORSE!! I WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER VENDOR WHO MADE 12 INCH BALLS BUT THERE IS NOT.

I bought 4 of these orbs for a camping trip a few months ago and they were a big hit! The variety of colors and settings give you so many choices. Our favorite setting is one where it fades in and out of all the colors. The white and lighter colors give off plenty of light near the campfire. You can dim and brighten on every color setting. I charge it overnight and it lasts for the entire next evening. My daughter now uses it as a night light in her room and we put a few in our backyard for mood lighting as well. The only thing I wish it had is a sleep timer, but with the long battery life, it's not a problem. You only need one remote to control all the orbs. They also make great gifts for little ones and teens! Overall great quality and fair price.
