Very sturdy, mixes so smoothly, yes even big super hard doughs without too much of a whine. I read a lot of reviews of Kitchen aid mixers having a loud gear noise but can't say this one is loud at all. Another thing i was doubting, some people mentioned it worked well for big recipes but didn't mix well for small amounts, But it comes very close to the bottom of the bowl (without any adjustments). Very Satisfied, would buy it again right away!

This is a Kitchen Aid mixer, the best home mixer available. This being my 2 nd KA mixer I have purchased. It is powerful to knead my bread and pizza dough, whip butter and sugar for cookies with minimal effort It will mix up whip cream like a dream. The best kitchen investment if you are a baker.

Really happy with this mixer. The speed settings are great, and the knobs are a brushed metal making it feel pretty luxe. The attachments it comes with also feel high quality and have decent variety. The cast iron black finish is sort of a matte and it looks really clean and sharp on the counter. Good power for bigger batches and the deeper bowl vs wider is nice as well.

It’s heavy, but it’s also heavy duty! I absolutely love it. It’s made baking so much easier and fun. I’m now pouring over recipes to see what I can mix up! Highly recommend.
