I am on a Keto diet and this fiber is a must. The powder is very fine and it was very easy (with a 000 pill filling device) to make capsules. Each 000 capsule is around 1.10 grams.

I have purchased this powder from other sources and typically consume it stirred in a glass of water without difficulty. This version turns into a glutinous mass as soon as it is added to water, making it difficult to consume and swallow.

Large quantity for good price.

Use it for my elderly horse. Regulates lower bowel nicely. Would really love if came in 3 or 4 lb. Bags.

Please consider dividing the cost of product by the gram of fiber. You will see this product is actually more expensive to use. Thank you

Two cups of ground flax, 1/4 cup of this teaspoon of baking powder, 12oz of hot water.....makes no net-carb rolls that are gluten-free. Dont eat too many though!
