I kept having lower back pain ever since I was required to work from the office, increasing from 3 days a week to 4. I thought I was just getting old, so I didn’t take the back pain seriously until I noticed that I didn’t feel any pain at all after a long holiday. That’s when I figured out it was all about my office chair! After reading many reviews saying that people’s lower back pain disappeared instantly with this lumbar support pillow, I bought it right away. To be honest, I found it so comfy especially the way it rounded my waist so well with full support but it took me about a week to get used to it. My lower back pain improved day by day, and after two weeks, ALL the pain was gone! It really does take some time to adjust to it to get the best results, but it’s definitely a game-changer! I can’t recommend it enough.

It worked so well for me at my office, I ordered two more for home. I WFH 2x week from my dining room table that seats 8 and with vintage chairs. Whether a modern office hair or vintage wooden chairs with a padded seat, these lumbar supports really work well... especially for laptop work. Unlike the "roll" type cushion design that I previously used, with these Samsonite cushions, I don't even need to think much about body positioning...or constantly shift around. The stitching, seams, fabric, foam performance, straps, buckles... all seem to be good quality.

TL;DR this is good, not great. I feel like I definitely got my money's worth, but next time I'm gonna invest in something just a bit nicer. For context, I'm a delivery driver, so I'm in and out of my car constantly, driving 80+ miles a day. I am also very tall and very fat, so getting something that would actually help my posture is pretty important. Pros: -definitely noticed an improvement in my posture, at least while driving -comfortable design, feels like a good fit for me and the type of seat in my car - easy to take off and put back on, like if someone else drives my car - I've grow accustomed to it that I don't really notice it anymore except when it moves out of place too much Cons: - the fabric touching my back is pretty scratchy - the straps are decent, but do move around a little bit each time I get in and out - on my car specifically (Mazda 3), the bottom straps will get stuck at the bottom of the seat, and are a pain to get back up, just because of the shape of the seat. That's honestly my biggest complaint. I've had this for only a couple months, but it seems to be holding up just fine. However, when I eventually get a replacement, I'll probably go with something more specific for my body size and car shape.

I have lower back pain that's been getting worse. I got this for when I'm sitting in my chair watching TV and it's made a big difference. I'll definitely be taking it on any long car trips. The size and shape work great for me.

I tested the pillow for a day with the plastic packaging left on and I loved it, firm support. After I opened the package a note fell out stating it was compressed/vacuum sealed snd would expand… it did and it’s now soft, not supportive…if you’re looking for firm support, this one is lacking. You can see the note was rolled/folded and this was not obvious to me… to expect the expansion after opening.

It provides just the right amount of support without feeling too firm or too soft, and it cushions my lower back while keeping me stable and secure throughout the day. Whether I’m working at my desk, relaxing on the couch, or driving, this pillow has made sitting for extended periods much more comfortable. I bought two—one for home and one for the car—and I honestly can’t imagine my daily routine without them. Highly recommend for anyone who needs extra support and comfort!

This lumbar pillow is really comfortable and supportive — it helps my lower back a lot when I’m sitting at my desk or driving for long periods. The memory foam contours nicely to your back, and the cover feels soft and easy to clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit firmer than I expected. I personally prefer something slightly softer for all-day use, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it’s high-quality, effective, and makes sitting for long hours much easier. I completely regret buyig this. It is not comfortable and doesn't help me to relieve my back pain at all. Such a waste of money. Don't get tempted by Samsonite. It's just a piece of foam made in China. It keeps falling down as the strap is so loose. It is definitely not worth buying this.

Actually fantastic. Feels good, firm enough to help with posture but is soft enough that if you want to mess up your posture and sit in a bad way on the chair, it'll squash easily and allow you to slouch and have a hurt back in the morning because you're only mid 20a but years of slouching playing call of duty till 6am has given you a back of a 60 year old man
