I did all the research, this is the one.
this is a great light. Bought one for myself and I was so happy with it I got one for my Granddaughter. It can really put out a lot of light and can be dimmed down to where you need it. would buy again, great brand.

Simply packaged. It worked right out of the box i.e. I needed no documentation to use it.
It has a lovely, soft, flexible, grippy neck. Heavy base makes it very stable. The light is just perfect - no shadows or glare. Simple touch power on/off and illumination level. It just fits in with my desktop. It is well named i.e. "HappyLight".

Excellent product, supplied by contactable human beings!
High quality product with a quality finish, decently heavy so sits steady on table. It has great touch control buttons and feels robust. No ‘wobbly plastic’. Due to product shortage, mine was sent from the US with a US plug instead of the UK version I need. My feedback requesting a refund to cover purchase of a plug adapter was immediately covered with a £10 refund. All agreed within a couple of hours. Things go wrong: and when they do, it’s reassuring to be able to sort matters out politely and easily (via online chat in my case). Worth 5* in my book!

Delightful :)
When my purchase from Verilux arrived in the mail, I was surprised. Having bought my excellent first Verilux light ten years ago in person, I expected this time to see the common decline in quality of the company’s product line. This light is designed well and made of superior materials. It’s even a pleasure to handle. Since I don’t have any way of verifying a bulb’s brightness or degree of lumens output, I bet with my money on this brand and trust this product with nicely do the trick. Thank you, Verilux, and please keep up the good work.

Lovely product but won't work in UK
A lovely product but comes with a US plug which will blow the lamp if you plug it in in the UK. Had to return it unfortunately but it would be helpful if the seller makes this clear.
