My only complaint is that the magsafe head (where your phone goes) seems really loose. It refuses to stay where I've angled it, I'm not sure if it's the heat or what but it's bad enough that I'm tempted to use a silicone to glue it into the right place. This is the case both for my husbands iphone 15 pro and my 15 pro max. Other than that, cooling seems pretty effective and the charging is great for a few percentage points here and there! Allows me to use my phone for calls, Siri, music, etc without worrying about battery usage or overheating.
