Does what it says. Tastes good, tried it for the first time as I split the recommended intake in two. One in the morning before my workout, and then after. Gained 5lbs of lean muscle. Mixed with whole milk and added a banana. felt my strength improve and had no issues with digestion. just bought another one. This is also a good supplement for those who are on the go and have no time to count or eat their calories.

At first I wanted to rate it kinda badly because it tasted pretty bad, like bad and didn’t mix well. But I figured I wasn’t being very creative and decided to give it a second chance with my morning cold brew coffee and creamer. It made a world of difference and I actually crave it a bit now. I mix one scoop protein in half a protein shaker of hot water about 124 degrees and it mixes effortlessly, then I add my cold brew and my creamer and shake and it has a delightfully creamy milkshake like taste. I drink two a day. It keeps me full throughout the morning when I don’t really want to eat yet and it helps me hit my calories and nutrients and I supplement with another meal or two throughout the day. So @ $40 something dollars I like it. I can’t stand the skinny workout trend and idea that protein drinks and bars, whatever, should be super low in calories and a quick snack at $5+ a serving. My other protein that had 530 calories a serving but tasted so delicious I would drink 2 a day has gone up to $80 for 2 weeks worth. Wtf!? Lol So honestly with a little creativity this may be the best meal type muscle building shake thats on here right now.

This is my second container of this mass gainer and i love it, i have a fast metabolism so its hard for me to gain weight but this makes it a little easier for me to bulk! btw it takes TWO big ahh scoops for the macros you see displayed on the container. i dont like that it takes so much powder but it tastes good and mixed with milk, peanut butter, and a little water its pretty smooth and not as chunky

Chocolate flavor tastes good, but mixing is tricky. The serving size requires so much powder and milk that it won’t properly mix in a normal shaker, making it hard to actually get the full protein and calories. It was a pretty good value when I got it 2 months ago at $27.99, but with the price currently at $45.99, I'll be looking at other options

This stuff is nearly perfect for my needs. In the past year I have battled cancer and now am battling the negative effects from radiation treatments and this is the only thing I have found which has added any weight back onto my shrunken frame. After losing nearly 70 pounds due to stage 4 cancer and then the combination of radiation with chemo treatments it has reset my biological clock. The doctors told me it was literally as if they pushed my Reset Button and I now burn over double, in some cases triple over normal. - Warning - At first I was limited and prohibited from taking anything with whey due to chemical interactions. Whey or whey byproducts can interact with the chemo treatments and have a strong negative impact with the Chemo Treatments so it is important to check with your doctors and a medical nutritionist for what is or is not allowed medically, I was limited to using only a medically approved supplement (Benecalorie - which I also purchased through Amazon) with no whey but it only has 330 calories per serving, not nearly enough to build up again and not even close to what my body is now demanding. When I was younger I did some limited body building but enough to learn a good deal and loved it so I had a bit more knowledge then the average guy. If you’re serious about using this type of gainer find a bodybuilder and learn from them. A serious bodybuilder is a very educated person with a wealth of knowledge on nutrition, biology, certain chemistry and of course the human body, they know what they are talking about and it takes years to learn this stuff properly – and then apply it. Supplements like this come into play because it can be nearly humanly impossible to eat the amount of calories I now need in order to not only sustain my weight but then try to gain weight (without harming my body or eating all junk) and this product allows me to do that. You would need to eat an entire beef roast + 3 dozen eggs every day just to get close to the 4,500 calories I now need, try doing that every day and let me know how it goes. The average lean Steak, Fillet ranges from only 50 to maybe 150 calories depending on the cut, (can you eat 40+ steaks per day? I can’t) then you need to take into account the Cholesterol, Sodium, Calcium, Potassium and so on… with this product it’s all done for you. Depending on if you use whole milk, skimmed milk or water as a mix is what guides the level of caloric intake per serving (check the label). After you add the cost of all the food, then you have to cook all of it, you’ll soon find this is much cheaper and a lot less preparation time. This stuff isn’t for everyone, clearly it is for people that want to add mass and it is not a supplement like a One A Day vitamin but rather it’s a serious MASS gainer and I can tell you it works. I went from looking like a World War 2 prisoner of war (we’ve all seen those old photos, that was me) and now I am actually building back up and starting to look normal again. I have put on over 10 pounds in about 15 days and kept it on, this is an unusual rate but in my case its acceptable and it will taper off as I progress. With other things I tried I would gain and loose it just as fast, this allows me to stay at my weight. Additionally I can feel my strength coming back too, for now I am doing isometric exercise but hope to go back to isotonic fairly soon with this rate of gain. The point is my muscles have fuel to work with now plus I am gaining weight, this is the best mix I can hope for. I give it 5 Stars and Two Thumbs Up. Really Good Stuff.

I am naturally skinny. I bought this mass gainer and blend it with peanut butter. It dissolve pretty easily. This stuff works as I did gain some weight, however , if you look at the ingredient, there is some “heavy sugar and starches” so I would not recommend drinking this for an extended period of time. I also recommend you only drink this if you combine cardio and other exercise as this would counter the effect of sugars and not lead to diabetes. The taste is alright , it is kind of bland. It is drinkable since it is not awful. With that being said , I believe the product does work but it is not good for your and should not be use for a long time.

Also am Anfang habe ich mich gewundert das da soviel Pulver rein kommt.. Doch es hilft wirklich sehr gut vorallem wenn man zunehm will wie ich habe es regelmäßig genomm und innerhalb von einer woche 2 kilo zu genommen... Doch sind die 2700 kilo schnell weg deswegen werde ich mir die 5000 nehmen denk ich... Der Geschmack ist auch ziemlich gut .... Daumen hoch Klasse Produkt und Klasse Preis....

Ya había probado otros productos de esta marca y todos me han dado buenos resultados, el sabor es bueno y para mezclarlo no me a resultado difícil, el defecto que le veo es la cantidad de azúcar que contiene. la calidad-precio esta super bien me salio con descuento, así que me estoy contento con el producto.
