Good flavor. I like 310 protein shakes for meal replacement. Mixes well with ice and water. Sometimes I add an avocado (adds thickness without adding the taste) or fruit. The chocolate flavor is really good. Helps with weight loss and maintenance for me. I have tried other protein shakes and find I like 310 the best.

My husband drinks the shakes. He loves all the flavors. He drinks one in the evening. He says one shake does curb his late night food cravings. Price is very high so we have to only make one shake a day. I give him slim fast as well. He had emergency surgery on a severe herniated disc and is obese. Fingers crossed this stuff works as a meal replacement. He is a really big guy and needs to lose weight. Again we wish this was more reasonable.

I definitely can't say this tastes amazing, or anything like a chocolate shake, but its not as terribly chalky as some other plant based proteins I have had to throw out. If you are looking for a nutritional supplement that is fairly filling and can deal with reasonable taste for a healthy shake, it is a good option

I need a daily chocolate fix, so I lean towards shakes - some chocolatey snack that isn't terribly unhealthy. I consider myself familiar with chocolate shake products on the market. I decided to finally try something different (well knowing this is too expensive for me). This product is quite sweet (sickly) and I am not sure why or what from based on ingredient list. I used 1c of unsweetened almond milk and needed to further dilute with additional 1/2c because it still tasted too sweet. It has a sandy feeling in the mouth, I think underneath there is a fairly decent chocolate flavor. I also like to add a banana to shakes for more substance. As for meal replacement, well as I said I don't utilize shakes for that reason...for me it's a healthy chocolate fix and, anything providing a mere 110 calories is by no means a meal replacement. If this product was half the price, I would purchase again because of the decent chocolate flavor (I could live with the sandy mouth feel), but the cost is prohibitive for me.

First off, it tastes bad. Chalky. Made my stomach hurt and I was nauseous for hours. When I contacted the seller I was told no refunds. This was an expensive mistake. No customer service no help. What do you expect buying from Amazon?

I am following Atkins, not a Keto diet, so I add collagen powder and a couple frozen strawberries to the mix and pulse it for a few seconds. It is so thick and creamy that it lingers on the straw when you remove it from the shake! You probably all know the trick that ice cubes thicken up the shake but what I do is substitute frozen berries instead of ice to add taste as well as texture. Seriously yummy.
