I purchased this and it's great but the battery pack is so hard to remove. Anyone else had this problem? Do you just push in the two buttons?

Note that the battery retaining clip on the battery is off center from the finger grip . Squeeze the edge where the clip is located , then all finger pressure will be directly over the clip and its removal easy . Squeezing directly on the finger pad is a waste of time .

Will only Bosch batteries do or other compatible 12v L-Ion rechargeable batteries

I expect only the Bosch batteries will work properly, but unless you want a toy chainsaw don't bother with this one. the actual usable cutting edge is 3" - some very clever photography has been used to make the saw appear bigger and more useful. Mine was returned.

Will my 10.8v battery fit this?

Sorry I can’t say for sure which battery you have. I had some old batteries that didn’t fit the nanocut but did fit my USA charger. The supplied charger will need a new cord cap installed by the way unless you have european wiring. Either way buy it. It’s the best!
