I use it for jumping rope. The size is perfect for indoor jumping, and the 'squishiness' is just right. My feet aren't sore the next day. If you have a regular jump rope routine, you won't be disappointed.

A little hefty, but works wonderfully to extend the life of my jump rope and reduce noise.

I use this mat for when I use my jump rope. It stays outside over a covered patio when there is a strong wind it doesn’t stay in place. It helps cushion the impact on the legs and feet when jumping. It’s just the right size. I believes I have had it for about a year and it is still in good condition.

Overweight Former High School Athlete Can Skip Rope Again Thanks to This Mat! Before purchasing this mat, I couldn't skip rope without foot, ankle, shin, or knee pain. But now, I can skip with impunity because this mat cushions my every jump. Not only that, but the mat doesn't slip even on my tiled driveway. So, I can't fall over while I'm exercising. Größe, Gewicht - super Matte zum Seilspringen und ist auch leicht zu transportieren. Kam gut verpackt und sicher an. Dauerte aber ein bisschen, was aber auch angegeben war.

After skipping on it several times during the last two days, let me summarise that I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase. - I use mostly minimalist barefoot socks while skipping. Hence, I was looking for a supportive mat. By "supportive" I mean a mat that provides a minimal level of support for the feet, without over doing this in order to avoid a cushion effect that would drain my energy (e.g. like a martial arts mat would). BTW, it works well also when using seekers. - The mat eliminates rope-bounce when the rope occasionally hits the floor, thus facilitating longer skipping sessions for me. - As simple as it is, it feels like a high quality product based on its design and manufacturing quality.

I'm really happy I chose this one. It's lightweight, so easy to carry outside and set it up. It's big enough for jumping rope, but small enough to set up pretty much anywhere, even in my living room on the hard floor. It's also got just the right amount of cushion!
