Fun and Engaging Vent/Self-Love Journal
This is a cute journal. I'm a cusser, so this is fun to read and do 😁. Some variation, but some consistency too, which are both refreshing and a little exciting. I like it, but I'm not in love with it (but this is my opinion only and I will explain below): I appreciate the self-love, let it go, or improve a little- topics. I especially love 'A**hole of the day", "I'm proud I didn't"(PHENOMENAL IDEA), and some other fill-In promts like "w t f moment" lol. (Those fill-ins are somewhat consistent but are changed up every 2-3 pages. 👌🏼Like that.) The only suggestions I would have to improve this journal a little or FYI to others (at this point I'm on day 5 of using the journal) is that the order in which the "daily" prompts might be better laid out, some even reversed. So, on each 2-page spread are: On the left is a place for the date and a list of fill-in-the-blanks (which I mentioned and like them, they are consistent but vary slightly). On the right is a more open style of thought writing in answer to a different question every day (fun and I also like this variety and content contemplation). Though if this is how it's supposed to be done (both pages each day), it's hard to figure out what time of day to do this. (Which irks me.) For instance, gratitude is part of the left side...a-hole of the day as well. These prompts feel intuitive as end of the day entries. When it comes to the "today" prompts ("what do you need to do before you binge watch Netflix?", "what do you need to do to understand*uck your brain "today"?) feel like they should be answerer in the morning. Open questions on the right, such as "What is your anxiety level today?" Or "How can you be kinder to yourself today?" Should be done in the morning. I like the journal overall, it's fun and engaging (the latter one being most valuable). However I would have liked it to be a bit more thought out as to the layout. Maybe one side of the page spread "A.M." & one side "P.M." ? This is obviously my own preference, but I am big into journaling and I just get a bit dissatisfied when I sit down to journal (in the AM- but can't answer the questions completely since the day hasn't come to an end yet) or do it in the PM -realizing "today's" prompt was meant for this morning. Because it's random and I don't like to jump ahead and read the next day's prompts (and it's got date slots) I feel like I can't pinpoint the right time to use it to get the most out of it. If you are new to journaling or have a low tolerance for stupid people and find that you have a need to vent and focus more on self-care and self-love, this is a great journal 💥! 👏🏼 If you are not new to journaling and need a routine (this might not be the best main journal for you). It might make a terrific fun companion (as I am now currently deciding to use it as once I learned it's layout). Have fun with it if you get it. It's definitely a cool little journal (maybe just randomly make entries, rather than try it as a daily)? Hopefully this review helps "know before you go".

Great Gift!
I bought this book to put in a Cancer Patient Care Package for a co-worker who was just starting her treatment journey. She is into crafting a lot and she told me that she absolutely loved this book and the ideas in it. I highly recommend this product! :)

Great for peeps that normally don't like journalling
This is a great gift for yourself or a friend who might need a jumpstart to destress with journalling. The prompts are simple and snarky and fun. Humor and simple questions you can fill in..with space for more as well. I liked it so much I bought one for someone else. I wish it was a bit longer...but it really helped when I needed to get through a tough time. They need a volume two.

Amazing
Okay I’m a mom of 3 that wanted to start learning more about who I am and what makes me happy but I had a hard time because I was always taught that emotions like anger or frustration could not be shown. So this book+therapy = me showing tf up for me and cussing people tf out. Respectfully !!!! I love this book !

Brilliant!
A refreshing and brutally honest guide to self-love and gratitude that goes beyond the usual fluff. I love how engaging and straightforward it is—it feels like a no-nonsense friend who’s here to help me unfuck my life and finally tackle my mental health head-on. Each page offers interesting prompts and exercises that challenge me to dig deeper and reframe my mindset in an empowering way. This journal is perfect if you’re looking for a practical tool that brings both humor and healing to the journey of self-discovery.
