Easy to read and good for any age really
Second collection of Shakespeare's books I got for my daughter. First one had some old English on it and made it difficult to read. This one is very good. It gives the child a good knowledge of the stories. It's easy to read and has some pictures as well.

Complete with illustrations and just enough traditional dialogue, these books are a must for anyone wanting to introduce their child to the world of William Shakespeare.

Skaesspeare for children
I bought this for my son as a way of introducing him to the texts that he would have to study later at school. I read one myself and was disappointed at the lack of notes - however brief - to put simple things into context. On the other hand it was very simple (for primary school kids) and a fast way to get clued up for older kids BEFORE reading the 'real thing'.

Little actress
My grand daughter goes to acting classes and she loves it. When I saw the Shakespeare Story Collection I thought it was a great idea to get her interested in reading Shakespeare. She loved the plays and her teacher was very impressed with her newfound interest. The books are written in a style that makes it easy for a child to follow. I recommend these books.

Sutible for ages up to 8.
For a much younger audience than advertised. My 9 year old found them to be too basic.

I got these for my six year old and as he is a little younger than the recommended age I had to modify the language a little for him to understand. They are good value and a really nice starter collection.

Really good! Stories are read in one night are interesting and theatrical. Really good for all type of young kids. From 2-14!

Shakespeare for children books
My 9 year old girl has developed a love for Shakespeare thanks to these amazing books. 5 year old little sister even loves to listen to her read them out loud to us. Wonderful purchase!!!
