I purchased these window locks for my sliding windows to add an extra layer of security. Installation was very simple and only took a few minutes per window. I appreciated that the necessary tools were included, which made the process quick and straightforward. The locks themselves feel solid and well-made. Once tightened, they fit snugly on the window rail and don’t shift around. I also like that they require a key to loosen, which adds another level of security compared to basic clamp-style locks. Overall, these provide real peace of mind and seem like a durable, effective security upgrade. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Works wonders. Had an individual try to break into my child’s room on the second floor by climbing onto our roof. The product prevented them from getting inside my home or even budging the window open. The window end up cracking and alerting us in a person was trying to get in our house. Installation was very easy to and no need for instructions. It comes with two different types of keys which Work wonders. You can’t put a price tag on a safety for your house, but if so, this was definitely worth every dollar I spent.

I ordered this ZRFCXE Window Locks,4 Pack Sliding Window Locks with Key for Vertical & Horizontal Sliding Window to use on a large sliding glass window that needs to be left partially open. I recently installed a couple of amateur radio antennas and did not want to drill through stucco to bring the cables inside. Instead, I ran the cables through a pool noodle and use the pool noodle to seal the window. Obviously, the window needs to be left open to accommodate the width of the pool noodle. It was easy enough to relocate my alarm sensor, but I thought it would be foolish to rely on the alarm and not have a way to securely lock the window. I started at my local big box hardware store. First, I tried a simple thumbscrew equiped lock. It would not fasten down hard enough to prevent the window from opening. The, I tried a lock with a lever. Once again, it would not fasten down hard enough, and in the process of trying to get it tighter, the lock broke into 3 pieces. Honestly, I was not expecting much when I ordered these ZRFCXE locks. I was wrong. These locks work great. They screw down hard enough so that they can't be moved once tightened. The key provided does a great job at tightening the screws, and the small plastic insert really does keep the window frame rail from being damaged by the screws. I ended up using two locks -- one on the bottom rail and one on the top rail. I could not be happier with my purchase!

When I received them the first thing that I noticed is they are a little shorter than ones that I had bought in previous. However they still felt very heavy duty and seem to work really well they get really tight on the window frame they are easy to install and each one of them comes with its own key plus one extra. So that's nice. They fit well and stay in place on all of my windows. They function exactly the way they said they should. So far no issues. Removing them is just as easy as putting them on You just need to use the key to take them off. so far from what I can tell for the cost not a bad product.

The locks are very well made, easy to use and work really good. I would buy again and recommend to others.

Feeling more secure in a pinch! I have been looking for an easy to use and added security measure for my patio door. Because I have a doggie door (one of those floor to ceiling models), I haven't been able to securely lock that door. These locks are sturdy and can be removed quickly. They feature four locks with fours keys and even a spare wrench to lock/unlock them, in case you lose your locks. Great find!

Good product looks dirty. It looks good, but unfortunately did not fit my windows.

The key lock is so close to the windowsill, it’s hard to tighten the screws. I did it, bit by bit. Otherwise it’s a tight lock.
