I shall come back later for that. But the Vanilla flavour is bad. It tastes like cheap Vanilla essence. I have had ON's Whey Protein Vanilla Cream and that was the Gold standard. Currently managing Nakpro by blending banana or some other fruits with it. Still there's a bad after taste of Vanilla.
