Strongly moffle snoring sound and all other white noise sounds around. Make you hear your own breath - which is soothing for falling asleep. Saved my relationship where snoring of my partner was making us sleep in different rooms, and I was chronically sleep deprived and close to developing insomnia. The small size ear buds saved me! They dont fall out of the ear, they fit almost fully in the ear, they are comfortable to sleep on the side, they are so soft and adapt to your ear. Durable, worth the money, effective, and seal out the sound. At least they are worth the try. I sleep like a baby now! Thank you for this product!

Très contente de mon achat. Ces bouchons ont différentes tailles et ont également une forme particulière qui les rendent très agréables au portés(je ne supporte habituellement pas les bouchons). Les bruits sont très fortement diminués( je dois les enlever pour entendre mon mari me parler).
