I bought this for my wife, as she is a die hard Billy The Exterminator fan. Unfortunately, she opened the box when it arrived, so I had to make it an early Christmas gift. She simply loves it. It expands to fit even my fat head. Although it's supposed to be a Halloween costume hat, I see no reason not to wear it throughout the year. It seems to be well made, even though the headband came apart in th back. No problem, I simply put a small concho on and it holds in place. It's very comfortable to wear and good for keeping the sun out of your eyes.

Cheap, thin, flimsy.. The skull is plastic and looks like it came out of a gimbal machine. It's a great costume hat, but not something you can wear otherwise.

The price is right for this hat. My concern was the hat being once size fits all would not fit my larger than normal dome. The hat fit nicely and the band stretches a little, so there is nice flexibility with the size range. I am happy with the fit. The brim of the hat has an adjustable wire running toward the outside, so you can bend it to fit your visual taste. When it arrived it needed adjustment, but it was simple and looked great when I was done. The skull is a bit darker than the picture depicts. Not a problem, but worth noting. Overall I gave the product 4 stars. Would have been 5 starts but there was some shedding on the inside of the hat upon delivery that got on my head when I wore it the first time. Not a big deal, but I needed to blow the black debris (same material as hat) out before wearing it again. Very happy with the product.
