MGSPORT High Intracellular Absorption Magnesium- Muscle Function & Recovery

Fantastic product!!! I'm 42 and I suffer from Dystonia and Tardive Dyskinesia and none of the numerous prescription drugs I have been on have ever helped. Then in March my sister, who I live with, did some research and as another reviewer said, thanks to Dr Google these magnesium supplements were brought to her attention and she bought them for me and immediately got me taking them. I haven't had a good night's sleep in twenty years due to the terrible movements in my hips which results in my whole body moving and rocking in bed, as well as having cramps in my legs. But since starting these supplements, my movements have decreased considerably and I've been able to have such a good night's sleep, I've even started to have dream recall which I've haven't had in a very long time. They have also helped regulate my bowels, which is such a bonus as before I wouldn't be able to go for weeks and I'd suffer from crippling stomach cramps followed by diarrhoea which would leave me house bound for several days. My muscles in my back have relaxed and aren't so tight. They have strengthened my leg muscles which used to be so weak that when I would squat down, I would have great difficulty in getting up and I would have to grab on to something to pull myself back up again. I've less problems with my balance now, I used to be so unsteady on my feet, if I had to reach down to pick something up I would sometimes fall and often hurt myself quite badly. I truly believe that they have strengthened my bones and my hair was starting to thin but I've noticed it's looking a lot healthier now too. These supplements have totally changed my life for the better and I highly recommend them.

The MG Sport Magnesium capsules have been a life saver for me... I started buying them about 9 months ago because I had been suffering for many years with very severe leg cramps mainly at night. These were getting worse and so painful they were literally crippling ... the cramp would affect several muscles in my upper leg so that I could not walk when the attack was in progress ... and it could last for about 30 minutes before it would start to pass off ... I would be left with bruising. I read up about the potential for Magnesium to help with leg cramps and restless legs which is another thing I have suffered from. I decided to try the MG Sport Magnesium capsules because they have a higher amount of the magnesium that is reported to help with these conditions. Having used this product now for well over 9 months I can only say that for me it is making a tremendous difference in that I have not had a severe attack of leg cramp for all that time. Occassionally I have had a very minor cramp but that will usually pass very quickly and allow me to move my leg. The capsules are also really helping with restless leg which has been causing problems particularly in my feet and ankles and lower legs.... the RLS is hugely reduced and no longer stops me from getting to sleep If anyone reading my review suffers from either leg cramps or RLS then I would wholeheartedly recommend these capsules.

Call me cautious, but why would you put poisonous silicon packs in a container of something you eat. Looks like an accident waiting to happen.

Brilliant, these are the only ones to help with my restless leg syndrome. i have tried other cheaper popular brands but they didn't work at all. Honestly these are worth the money.

Having suffered from restless legs and also arms I thought after reading reviews I would give these a try. I also was having trouble sleeping. After about 3 weeks my sleep was so much better and my restless legs, arms were much improved after about a week. Give them a go they have really helped me . Highly recommend

I have tried magnesium before without benefit (or side effects) but this product DID work for cramp. However it also had an effective laxative effect which took a while to kick in and I ended up having various investigations done before I realised it was these that had changed the way my bowels were working. I had been constipated before. So a double benefit, but the laxative effect was actually too much for me and I had to stop them. I will now take them occasionally if the cramp is bad.

I started taking this magnesium at night because I was honestly getting tired of waking up feeling stiff, sore, and just not fully recovered after my workouts. It got to the point where I felt like I was constantly trying to “catch up” on how my body felt from the day before. I decided to try this one and made it part of my nighttime routine before bed. It was easy to add in, and I didn’t have any issues taking it consistently. What I started noticing over time was that my mornings didn’t feel as rough. I still worked out the same way, but I wasn’t waking up feeling as tight or drained as I used to. The biggest change for me is how I feel in the morning and after workouts. I feel a little more balanced overall, especially with soreness and that heavy fatigue feeling I was dealing with before. It’s not something that feels dramatic overnight, but more like a steady improvement I started to notice once I stayed consistent with it. Out of the magnesium supplements I’ve tried, this one has been the easiest for me to stick with and the one I feel the most consistent difference with in my daily routine. It’s now just part of what I take before bed without even thinking about it.
