Love it! I installed this 8 months ago. Worked perfectly from day 1, good pressure. The matte black color looks good and doesn't discolor chip or stain.

I received this hammerhead all metal hand held shower head. It is made from metal. It looks great and felt great holding it. It has 3 modes while most showerhead in Amazon has 5-7 modes. But a few of these 5-7 modes are mix of 3-4 basic mode (spray, massage, mist, pause). So in this sense, this shower head is very competitive in term of number of modes of operation. As far as I know, this is the only all metal shower head/wand that has more than rain mode. I bought a Hibbent rain shower combo that come with a stainless steel rain shower head with a plastic, junkie hand held. This hammerhead metal hand held did very well in replacing the hand held that come with Hibbent unit. The construction quality definitely improved and so is the pressure that the shower head generated. I have a relatively lower pressure bathroom (about 55PSI at the shower head . I measured it with a pressure gauge. ) and this shower head created enough pressure for a respectable shower.

I love this shower head. It has good pressure and has shorten my shower time. I told my wife I may start taking two showers per day.

Reading the reviews I was expecting a really good shower head. First of all it is NOT full metal. The handle is metal but the shower head itself is chrome plastic. On the "wide" setting I was expecting a more gentle shower but spray is just too powerful. It feels too sharp on the body almost irritating. I am returning it as I cannot enjoy my shower :-(

This replaced a shower head want purchsaed at Lowe's. The product from Lowes was 90% plastic painted to look like metal. It just felt cheap and it eventually got a crack on the back and corrosion by the water outlets / jets. HammerHead's showerheads are metal. They feel sturdy. While I would love to have 6 settling instead of 3 this showerhead looks better, is more durable, does not feel cheap in the hand, those benefits outweigh the missing settings. The 3 settings this does have are quite good. This shower head costs less than the inferior choices at Home Depot and Lowes.
